The location is superb, just a stroll to Rossio square. Noise from outside disrupted my sleep at night.

Exceptional location, clean room, fast Wi-Fi

Lacking air conditioning in the heat!!! Too many stairs without an elevator!!! Thin walls made it hard to sleep!!! Shower pressure needs improvement!!! Very cramped room sizes contribute to discomfort!!!

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to vibrant nightlife and key attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helping with my bags and accommodating unique requests, which added a nice personal touch. the presence of bed bugs significantly marred my experience, leading to numerous bites during my stay, along with the added stress of having to find alternative accommodations. Noise from nearby street performers was also quite disruptive at night.

I loved the perfect central location! 🗺️ The room was tiny, mostly clean, but had some annoying noise from outside. the shared bathroom's low water pressure was a bummer.

It was a great fit for my trip in Lisbon with very good value for money. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, helping me out with directions to some hidden local gems. Try to grab a room facing the courtyard for a quieter experience away from street noise.

The room and bathroom were very clean, with nice cotton linen that enhanced comfort. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with my bags and printing my boarding pass off-site. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and felt very safe throughout my stay. The location was superb, just a short walk to vibrant squares and excellent eateries.

Superb location close to everything! Just a stroll to awesome squares and yummy places to eat. My room was cozy enough, and even though the shared bathroom had low water pressure, it did the job. The staff were friendly, but I did face minor check-in hiccups. Got solid WiFi, too!

The Downtown offers a fantastic location right next to Rossio square, making it easy to explore the Chiado district on foot. My stay in the Twin Room was pleasant, with clean accommodations and a good shower. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing seamless service when I requested to extend my stay. The nearby metro and ferry stations enhance convenience for any business traveler.

The absence of air conditioning could be uncomfortable during warmer months.

the downtown is a fantastic spot, just a short walk from the historic center. my room was bright and clean, and the shared bathroom had a new shower with great hot water. the staff were super friendly and even helped me with a map to explore the area. perfect location near bars and restaurants too!
